Birmingham vs Norwich: A shock upset?

Birmingham’s results this season have really been a shock to the championship. A former premier league side have slipped near the relegation zone (not for the first time). However Aitor Karanka's side have broken there stroke of bad luck with a 0-1 win last Saturday against fellow strugglers Sheffield Wednesday. The blues will play against Norwich at home which they haven’t won a match at St. Andrews since a 2-1 win over Huddersfield all the way back in October. Norwich in the other hand have been on a roll recently, winning there last 3 games. They are currently top of the championship and show no signs of falling down. The last time these 2 sides met was October, ending 1-0 to Norwich at Carrow road. Both sides also share danger men. The blues have Bela and Sanchez. Both wingers who have been incredible for them this season. On the other side we have Pukki. A man who 2 seasons ago was wanted by most teams in England. He hasn’t been as prolific this season but has shown capability. Norwich also possess Cantwell, a fairly young midfielder who has also attracted premiership attention.

The blues haven’t really struggled however against Norwich in the past, even putting up a good fight. However the idea of a upset for Birmingham doesn’t seem possible as they have also lost most of there home games. Therefore I think it will be a Norwich away win which will put the canaries up to 67 points.

Prediction: 1-2 Norwich
